Juried Show Petition form Explanation


The Juried Show Petition form is required to be submitted to receive credit for any award received at venues outside of the club, with the exception of the following:

  • TAACCL - The Arts Alliance Center at Clear Lake
  • GSCCC - Gulf States Camera Club Council
  • PSA - Photographic Society of America

Any juried award received from the above listed entities are automatically accepted.  You need only notify the Honors Program Director in order to receive credit for these awards.  This can be done at any meeting or via email by clicking here.  This will auto-generate an email to the current Honors Program Director.

An award received from any other venue, whether print submission or online, requires the Juried Show Petition form to be completed and submitted to the Outside Acceptances Coordinator for review.  Members will be informed of acceptance or denial of their submission by either the Outside Acceptances Coordinator or a member of the judging committee.
